What can go wrong while making Pączki? I prepared a list of factors and tricks to consider.
If you can't imagine Pączki without a characteristic ring dividing Pączek horizontally, you may want to stuff Pączki AFTER frying. If you stuff Pączki before frying, they will be heavier, so they will be more immersed in oil and there will be no characteristic lighter rings in the middle of the Pączek.
