The best polish dish ever;)

I was wondering for the last half a year what shall I start with on CookINPolish:) What people who do not know polish cuisine would like the most. So I decided to ask. I have carried out the survey in the cooking group on facebook. I asked about favorite dish in polish traditional and regional cuisine.
